How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after that. If it's been longer than 10 business days, something has gone terribly wrong and you should contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but we're working on it. For now, we only ship within the United States. Sorry to our international friends — Matt appreciates you from afar.

Question 3

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you didn't get one, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Question 4

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they've probably already been packed with love and we can't stop the process.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. We know that's not what everyone wants to hear, but these are limited edition cards and we mean it.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds as a general rule. That said, we're human — if something went genuinely wrong with your order, reach out to us at hello@jarksrus.com and we'll look into it on a case-by-case basis.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

That's one of those special cases. Email us at hello@jarksrus.com with a photo of the damage and we'll figure it out together.

Are these actually business cards?

Technically yes. Spiritually, they're collector's items. The QR code on the back links to Matt's YouTube channel. You're not buying a business card — you're buying a piece of internet history. Probably.

Will Matt sign my card?

If you ask nicely in the order notes, there's a non-zero chance. No promises. Matt is a busy man with a YouTube channel to run.

Are the cards limited edition?

Accepted Answer

The Golden Retriever FWM Card is explicitly limited edition. The YouTube card is also limited in the sense that Matt could stop making them at any time. Buy now. Regret nothing.

What are the cards made of?

Premium cardstock. The kind that feels important when you hand it to someone. Not flimsy. Not cheap. Matt has standards, even if the content of his videos suggests otherwise.

Who is Matt?

Matt is a YouTuber, a dog dad, and the sole reason this store exists. He makes videos about life, dogs, and whatever else is on his mind. Subscribe at the link below.

Why does this store exist?

Accepted Answer

Because Matt needed a way to fund his YouTube habit and also had a box of business cards he needed to move. It's a win-win. You get a cool card, he gets to keep making videos.

How do I contact you?

Email us at hello@jarksrus.com. We try to respond within 1–2 business days. Matt personally reads every email, which is either heartwarming or a sign he needs more to do.
